We have established proper Lab for testing of raw material and finished products. Our quality control executives conduct stringent quality checks on all the stages of production enabling us to produce the best Viscose & Polyester Embroidery and stitching Threads.
We consider quality as our top most priority we never compromise on quality. Considering various aspects, we manufacture our products from best quality raw materials. In addition to this, all our products undergo stringent quality testes in various parameters that guarantee our customers of our reliability. For excellent Quality at each stage, stringent quality control measures are taken to ensure best results with latest lab equipment. Since 40 years quality of the products was being checked under the direct supervision of our Managing Director, Mr. S.K. Jain who had a very sound experience of more than 40 years in this trade.
Color fastness, straining and strength are tested by NITRA (Ministry of Textiles), ITS, SGS & Other Govt. Approved Labs. Being of international standard, most of the garment exporters are using TELEPHONE Yarn for embroidery. Our threads are of best quality and also tested by many recognized laboratories.
Environmental Conscious
Since 1979, We have not only produced higher quality threads, but also endeavored to carry out our environmental responsibility to further levels. We have searched for ways to make our plants and production processes cleaner and more secure. With this sensitivity, we established our ETP Waste Water facility.
Telephone Thread, with 100% domestic capital in India which was entitled to obtain OEKO-TEX certificate 2009, has been providing high quality embroidery and sewing thread products with a wide product range, produced within the environmentally friendly processes according to the labor standards through more than 50 sales distributers & dealers and business partners and has been continuing to provide the industries needed sales and after-sales support services.
We have certificated our conformity to labor standards with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certificate. By implementing our environmental responsibility in all production processes, we succeeded in producing high quality sewing and embroidery thread.
